Data in Action was the theme of the 5th annual Research Bazaar, February 7 and 8, 2024 at the Discovery Building. Thank you to everyone who participated!
The Research Bazaar is a place to build community and technical know-how. Understanding data and how analytical methods can be deployed in different fields and industries holds the potential to inspire new research directions and innovation, strengthen communities and public institutions, and improve overall quality of life for everyone.
The Research Bazaar is an inclusive, community-building event that encourages cross-pollination of ideas among researchers, data scientists, entrepreneurs, and community members, including students. The aim of this event is to foster a thriving data science community on campus and in the wider community, and to equip researchers from all career stages with the digital skills and tools required to do their work efficiently and equitably.
