The 2026 Data Science Research Bazaar will be a multi-day event in March and April at the Wisconsin Institute for Discovery. The main event, on March 19, will include presentations, lightning talks and a poster session focused on this year’s theme: Meaning in the Metrics: Communicating Research Insights. Additionally, we are planning a Data Story Slam on February 27 and focused discussions and training sessions on March 23 and 26, and April 6 and 16.
To make this event accessible and affordable, we are seeking support from partners like you! We anticipate 150 UW–Madison faculty, staff, students, and Madison community members will attend these programs. As a sponsor, your name and logo will be displayed at all of the Research Bazaar events. New this year, we are offering a limited number of additional, high-impact opportunities to sponsor lunch, refreshments, and coffee breaks.

Logo on promotional materials
Your company’s name and logo will appear on the conference website and presentations.
Registration list
You will have access to attendees’ email addresses as a way to connect with participants. Participants will have an option to opt-out of sharing their email address. The list will be sent out after the conclusion of all events.
On-site table
You can choose to have your own complimentary table at the poster session where you can display products and literature, and which will give you a highly visible presence. If you are not interested or unable to attend, other options to display marketing material may be made available.
Ten free registration tickets
You will receive 10 free registration tickets to attend any ticketed Research Bazaar events.
Additional sponsorship opportunities
We have a limited number of additional opportunities to get your name and logo in front of our attendees by sponsoring the lunch table or appetizers at the main event, refreshments at the Data Story Slam, or coffee and tea tables at all Research Bazaar events. Food and coffee tables are popular and visited by most Research Bazaar participants. We will prominently display your company’s name and logo alongside the food and refreshments. To ensure maximum exposure and impact for your organization and brand, we will only have one sponsor at lunch, the poster session, the story slam, and each coffee/tea station. If you choose to sponsor a coffee/tea station, you will have the option to choose from several dates and locations in the conference facility. We will contact you to discuss these options.
